STEPS OF COOKING 1. Take 2 kg. Chicken / Fish / Mutton / prawns or paneer. 2. Make paste of ginger, garlic, curd, oil and mix 50 gm. of Sigdiz Spicez Tandoori Masala. 3. Add this paste on chicken, etc. and keep it for 1 to 2 hour to marinate. 4. Now it’s ready for barbeque / shallow fry / deep fry. 5. NO SALT NEEDED. 6.ADD COLOUR AS REQUIRED
