Sigdiz Spicez Shahi Biryani 50g

STEPS OF COOKING 1. Heat oil and fry onion until turns golden. 2. Add 1 kg Mutton/ chiken and add Sigdiz Spicez ,briyani masala and garlic,ginger paste stir fry for 5 minutes. 3. Add curd and cook on low heat until the meat is tendered. 4. Separately boil the rice until 3/4 cooked remove and drain thoroughly. 5. Spread a layer pf boiled rice on meat/ chicken curry. 6. Sprinkle a pinch of yelloW food color on rice and cover it and cook on low flame, until rice turns yellow (10 to 15 minutes). 7.NO SALT NEEDED
