STEPS OF COOKING 1. Take 2 kg Chicken / Mutton / Fish / Prawns or Paneer. 2. Make a paste of garlic/ ginger / curd /oil and mix 50gm of Sigdiz Spicez Pathani masala. 3. Add chicken etc. to paste and marinate for 1 to 2 hours. 4. Now it’s ready for barbeque/ fry or shallow fry. 5. NO SALT NEEDED.
